With over 25 years experience in the meat and food industry, proprietors Michael Dove and Lynda Bird are so passionate about quality food and top line cattle they have their own brand of beef “Birdendove Beef”

We also manufacture all our own Hams, Bacon, Kabana’s and other smallgoods winning 21 awards in the last four years, with the Australian Meat Industry Council & Moira Shire.
